When we are well rounded, we can bounce back. Taryn’s yoga classes blend techniques, philosophies, poetry, and the occasional sit-com reference to create a meaningful and light hearted experience.

Taryn began teaching yoga on the lawn of Redfish Lake Lodge. Since launching Yoga on the Lawn, her offerings have expanded to include yoga for bachelorette parties, retreats, yoga for kids, and an online studio.

While she has stepped away from Yoga on the Lawn, she continues to teach in person classes and would love to bring movement and mindfulness to your next retreat, corporate gathering, or special event.
