4pm-5pm Set intentions, personally and as a group for the retreat
5pm-6:30pm Evening practice
6:30pm-7pm Prepare for dinner
7pm-8pm Dinner
8pm-10pm Relax and decompress in the hot tub

9am-11am Morning practice, meditation & breath work
11:30am-12:30pm Brunch
1pm-3pm Hike to Redfish Lake
