Live Zoom Schedule

Sunday Evening

9pm central time. Sunday scaries be gone with a 30 minute yoga/meditation/breath work practice to find peace and focus at the start of the week.

Wednesday Morning

8am central time, a 30 minute sun salutations flow to brighten your day.

Friday Morning

8am central time, a 30 minute power flow. End your week with an active, bouncy practice.

The zoom classroom will open 2-3 minutes before the scheduled start. I will check the waiting room during the first five minutes of class but after that will devote my attention to teaching!

If you arrive a little too late, don’t worry, another live class is just around the corner and we will practice together then. There are also fun videos below to use at any time.
