17 Gentle Minutes Before Bed

An ooey gooey flow to tidy the mind and body before bed. Spend your last drops of energy and then still the mind for a great night’s sleep (or a relaxing morning moment). Enjoy big stretches on the floor, a few lunges, and gentle flossing to “clean your house” before rest.
